Support team
Who we are
Even though you are studying remotely, you’re never far away from a helping hand. From your Recruitment Coordinator to your Student Services Coordinator, our support team is here to help with any questions you might have.
Your Student Recruitment Assistant acts as a first point of contact, dealing with initial calls and enquiries. If you require further detail about a programme and it seems like a good fit, they will refer you to a student recruitment coordinator for an introductory appointment.
There to help you find the right course, your Student Recruitment Coordinator will assess your eligibility and answer any questions you may have. Once you and the Recruitment Coordinator have agreed that the programme is right for you, they will open an application. They will then support you as you gather the documentation required, and provide advice until the programme starts.
After your application has been submitted, an Enrolment Coordinator will audit all your documents, making sure that a complete application is delivered to the Programme Director for review. This ensures the admissions process is as smooth as possible.
As soon as you start the programme you will be introduced to your Student Services Coordinator. They will provide pastoral support throughout your programme – acting as your first point of call for questions around assignment submissions, payment guidelines, deferred modules and missed seminar sessions.
